Dr. Thembi Xaba

Dr Thembi Xaba is an Executive with more than 20 years working experience in both government and the private sector. She has worked and led economic development programmes, focusing on transformation and economic inclusion.
She brings to the organization her ability to leverage funding and grant management, including experience working with communities implementing sustainable development programmes.
As the Executive Director, she is responsible for delivering on the organizations mandate and remain accountable to the Board.
