Ms. Ziyanda Ngwenya

Mrs. Ngwenya is a dynamic individual with experience in law and community development and wellness.

Mrs. Ngwenya holds and LLB and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in September 2009. She has over 13 years’ experience in Corporate and Commercial Law, and Governance. Mrs. Ngwenya works as a Company Secretary for a listed entity and is a fellow with the Chartered Governance Institute of Southern Africa.

Mrs. Ngwenya serves as a Board member of Crookes Brothers South Africa (PTY) Ltd, Isimuku Corporate Services (pty) Ltd and Gibela Business Incubator NPC.
